Investing in Wind Farms...

Helix Synergy offers unique and productive investment ventures. Wind farms can be financed through a variety of means including the 'co-operative' model. Private investors can participate at any level from a small investment to outright ownership of an entire wind farm project. A number of investment packages have been developed - each with a different level of risk and return:

Consulting -

Helix Synergy will provide consultation services covering education, third party "due diligence" site proposal evaluation, strategic and tactical planning.

Cooperative wind farm development -

A service whereby the development expenses are covered by the investor(s). The staff at Helix Synergy provide administration and project leadership where all development expenses are charged on a pass-thru, cost recovery basis.

Joint venture wind farm development -

A service whereby the investor(s) and Helix Synergy jointly establish a company to administer development costs. This model suits multi-investor participation.

Full wind farm development -

Helix Synergy will finance, through independent means where available, all development costs up to (but not including) the purchasing of wind turbines and "breaking ground." The project will be fully permitted and licensed at the time of purchase. Equipment purchase and construction can proceed without delay once investment financing is obtained.

Manufacturing Services

Helix Synergy offers a broad range of procurement services from custom component manufacturing to installations and repair. Helix Synergy supports local manufacturing and contracting to the benefit of local communities and investors.
